Will the haircut actually suit my face shape?
Every first visit starts with a free 15-minute consultation. Our senior stylists assess your face shape, hair texture, lifestyle, and styling habits before suggesting a cut. If you're unsure, we'll show you reference styles and explain what works for you.
How much will I actually pay? Are there hidden charges?
We quote the full price before we start — including length, blow-dry, and any premium products. What you're quoted is what you pay. No surprise add-ons at billing.
Is your salon hygienic? What about tools and products?
Tools are sterilised between every client, disposables (razors, files) are single-use, and stations are sanitised. We use professional salon-grade brands like Matrix (L'Oréal Professionnel group). You're welcome to ask to see the sterilisation process.
Will keratin or smoothening damage my hair?
We use formaldehyde-controlled keratin from professional brands and customise strength based on your hair's current health. We do a hair-condition check before recommending — if your hair isn't ready, we'll tell you and suggest a repair plan first.
I'm getting married — when should I book my bridal package?
Book 3–6 months before for the pre-bridal package (skin and hair prep), and confirm bridal-day dates 2 months in advance. We hold limited bridal slots per month to ensure full attention. WhatsApp us for current availability.
Do you offer trials before the wedding day?
Yes — bridal trials are part of the bridal package. We do hair and makeup trials so there are no surprises on your wedding day. You leave with a plan, product list, and confirmed timeline.
Will senior stylists work on me, or will I be handed to a junior?
The stylist you book is the stylist who works on you. We don't switch you to a junior at the last minute — that's a core promise of our salon.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
