Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Hair Raiserz Mohali website and salon services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only when our team has replied to you on WhatsApp or phone with a confirmed slot.
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to stylist availability.
• For services over ₹3,000 (bridal, smoothening, keratin, color correction), we may request a non-refundable advance to hold your slot.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 4 hours' notice — no charge.
• Less than 4 hours' notice or no-shows for premium services (bridal, keratin, smoothening) may forfeit any advance paid.
• Bridal cancellations require at least 7 days' notice for a full refund of advance.

Pricing & payment

• Prices quoted before service starts are final — we do not add hidden charges.
• Final pricing depends on hair length, product type, and any add-ons you approve during the consultation.
• We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

Offers & promotions

• "₹500 off first service" applies to new clients only on services worth ₹2,000 or more. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• "Free Hair & Scalp Consultation" is genuinely free — no hidden charges, no pressure to book a service after.
• Promotional offers may have specific terms; we'll always communicate these on WhatsApp before service.

Service guarantee

• If you're not satisfied with a haircut or color, return within 7 days and we'll fix it free of charge.
• For chemical treatments (smoothening, keratin), our promise is honest consultation — if your hair isn't suitable, we'll tell you before starting.

Photography & social media

We may ask to photograph your transformation for our portfolio, Instagram, and bridal showcase. You always have the right to say no — and any "yes" is asked at the salon, never assumed from booking.

Liability

While we take every precaution with hygiene, allergen patch tests, and chemical treatments, salon services carry inherent risks. We will always do a patch test before keratin, color, or smoothening if you haven't had the service with us before.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
